Assembly and installation service
Our team will be glad to deliver, unbox and fully install your pergola. This service includes securing the pergola to the floor or ground. Note that we require firm ground fixing for this pergola, ideally bolted to a concrete base, but other surfaces are possible too. Pergolas should always be built on level ground to ensure proper functioning of side panel options (e.g., Privacy screens). If selecting the assembly and installation service, our customer service team will be in touch after receiving your order to discuss preparation ahead of your installation and to book you in. Any concerns or queries please do not hesitate to contact us. Note that during busy periods it may take 2-4 weeks lead time for installation and will be subject to adequate weather conditions.
DIY-assembly
Whilst it is possible to assemble your pergola yourself following the instructions provided, we must caution that it will require minimum of two people and they should both be competent in DIY and working safely with tools from height. Note that floor fixings are not provided as the type of fixing required will depend on the floor the pergola is being secured to.
Disclaimer
During periods of strong wind, we recommend opening roof louvers to allow the wind to pass through. Furthermore, if customising your pergola with privacy screens, then we also recommend ensuring that the screens are in the raised position during high winds to prevent damage and ensure product longevity.

Where transport costs are higher charges can occur to cover costs, we always keep this to a minimum.
We use a range of courier services to deliver your items as quickly as possible. The size of the item determines the courier used. We have a few different categories which outline how your order will be delivered to you:
- Small items are delivered with our parcel courier and generally take 24-48 hours. You will receive delivery information directly from the courier.
- Large items are delivered by pallet and take around 2-5 working days depending on the delivery location. The courier will book the delivery directly with you.
- Very large or heavy items may be delivered either on a pallet or with our own transport. Dispatch and Delivery times can vary in this category.
Delivery is calculated at the Checkout. Navigate to the Checkout and input the delivery Postcode for an accurate delivery charge.
**The following postcodes are exempt from Free delivery due to locational surcharges applied by courier services but will still benefit from a subsidised rate on orders over £500.

PLEASE NOTE: Where items are delivered by pallet, the couriers are only under obligation to deliver it to the outside of your premises and it is your responsibility to transport the goods internally within your property. If you require a Two-man service to bring your goods inside your home please ask regarding this service at the point of order.
