Delivery & Returns

We aim to get every order to you as quick as humanly possible.

Most orders over £500 qualify for Free Delivery**.

Where transport costs are higher charges can occur to cover costs, we always keep this to a minimum.

We use a range of courier services to deliver your items as quickly as possible. The size of the item determines the courier used. We have a few different categories which outline how your order will be delivered to you:

- Small items are delivered with our parcel courier and generally take 24-48 hours. You will receive delivery information directly from the courier.

- Large items are delivered by pallet and take around 2-5 working days depending on the delivery location. The courier will book the delivery directly with you.

- Very large or heavy items may be delivered either on a pallet or with our own transport. Dispatch and Delivery times can vary in this category.

Delivery is calculated at the Checkout. Navigate to the Checkout and input the delivery Postcode for an accurate delivery charge.

**The following postcodes are exempt from Free delivery due to locational surcharges applied by courier services but will still benefit from a subsidised rate on orders over £500.

PLEASE NOTE: Where items are delivered by pallet, the couriers are only under obligation to deliver it to the outside of your premises and it is your responsibility to transport the goods internally within your property. If you require a Two-man service to bring your goods inside your home please ask regarding this service at the point of order.

Natural Wicker & Reclaimed Teak Care Guide

Using our Kubu Wicker & Reclaimed Teak products inside your home means there is no need to treat them further, they will stay as beautiful as the day you purchased it.
Conservatory’s or spaces with lots of sunlight will weather the furniture to a lighter colour, this will not impact the durability of the product.

Treatment:

If you would like to protect your Kubu Wicker & Teak furniture against spillages, grease, dirt and grime we recommend using Briwax Natural Beeswax to treat your furniture for indoor use.

Cleaning:

Clean with a soft brush or sponge and mild soapy water to remove dirt and prevent staining.

Protection:

An initial application of our Briwax Natural Beeswax will add a protective layer.

Maintenance:

Apply our Briwax Natural Beeswax as desired to maintain protection.

Additional Tips:

Both Kubu Wicker & Reclaimed Teak is environmentally friendly and durable, but regular maintenance helps keep it looking its best.
Expect natural variations in colour, grain, and texture due to its nature, adding to its charm.
