We aim to get every order to you as quick as humanly possible.
Most orders over £500 qualify for Free Delivery**.
Where transport costs are higher charges can occur to cover costs, we always keep this to a minimum.
We use a range of courier services to deliver your items as quickly as possible. The size of the item determines the courier used. We have a few different categories which outline how your order will be delivered to you:
- Small items are delivered with our parcel courier and generally take 24-48 hours. You will receive delivery information directly from the courier.
- Large items are delivered by pallet and take around 2-5 working days depending on the delivery location. The courier will book the delivery directly with you.
- Very large or heavy items may be delivered either on a pallet or with our own transport. Dispatch and Delivery times can vary in this category.
Delivery is calculated at the Checkout. Navigate to the Checkout and input the delivery Postcode for an accurate delivery charge.
**The following postcodes are exempt from Free delivery due to locational surcharges applied by courier services but will still benefit from a subsidised rate on orders over £500.

For delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and other off shore locations please contact us for a bespoke delivery quote. If you are unsure if your delivery location is affected you will be advised in the delivery area of the Checkout page.
If you continue to complete the order with the "delivery quote required" selected we will contact you once the order has reached our system with a quote.
PLEASE NOTE: Where items are delivered by pallet, the couriers are only under obligation to deliver it to the outside of your premises and it is your responsibility to transport the goods internally within your property. If you require a Two-man service to bring your goods inside your home please ask regarding this service at the point of order.
Care Guide
Reclaimed Teak Outdoor Care Guide
The products are crafted from reclaimed timbers sourced from old colonial buildings, ships and other unused structures. Reclaimed wood is a great choice for your furniture as it has already had time to season and has hardened over 25 years plus, this also means that has a very minimal risk of timber movement in comparison to newer timber.
Treatment
Upon receiving your new furniture, we advise against applying any treatments until the manufacturing finish has weather away. This can take between 6 – 8 weeks.
After 6-8 weeks
Clean the furniture using our Golden Care Cleaner
If you would like to keep the original colour and provide protection against weathering we recommend applying the Golden Care Colour Protector.
If you would prefer not to retain the colour and allow the silver patina colour to develop then we recommend applying our Golden Care Shield Instead
Cleaning:
Clean regularly with our Golden Care Cleaner to remove dirt and prevent mould.
Protection:
Use furniture covers during heavy rain or winter to prolong the life and appearance.
Place on a level surface and avoid direct ground contact to prevent moisture absorption.
Maintenance
Clean every 6 months with our Golden Care Cleaner
Appy our Golden Care Colour Protector or Shield annually or as desired to maintain colour/protection.
Additional Tips:
Reclaimed teak is highly durable but requires some ongoing maintenance for optimal appearance.
Exposure to sunlight and weather will influence colour change, which is natural and adds charm over time.
Please adhere to the instructions provided with any treatment products before applying to the furniture. Always follow the protection advice when using the treatment products.
