Returns

We offer a 14 day FREE returns policy, if we are notified outside of the 14 day period the return charge will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds for returned items are processed within 7-10 working days of the colection date.

If for any reason you need to cancel your order with Sustainable Furniture (UK) Ltd, you will need to contact us as soon as possible.

If the product has already been dispatched you will need to contact us to make arrangements to return it. Products must be returned as they were delivered, boxed and sufficiently protected, and in the same condition that they were received.

Return authorisation, whether it be through faulty/damaged goods or change of mind (not through transport breakage), has to be obtained within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Half of the box or partial products cannot be returned. If one item is damaged in the box, entire box need to be returned. If any of the goods have been used, or are not available for collection, in certain circumstances Sustainable-furniture (UK) Ltd will not be able to replace them.

Delivery information

We only deliver to mainland UK. Delivery is charged differently depending on item size/weight. For larger items such as tables we use a pallet service (Intercounty Distribution). Please note this is a curb side delivery service (unless you have your own driveway/drop off area) they will only leave it where they can get their lorry into. They require a signature for all delivery’s unless you make other arrangements with them directly and the pallet will be left with you as it is considered part of the packaging. Once the item has been packaged and collected by them from us, they will then call you to book in a delivery date and time that suits you.

For smaller items we use DX Freight & Express parcel carriers, this is usually a next day service, but can take 2- 3 working days (after it has been collected) depending on location.

Items can be tracked please ask for a tracking number if required or you don't receieve this upon dispatch.

If the item you have ordered is over 2.4m in length, we will use our two-man delivery service which has a lead time of 2-4 weeks. We are a small team based in Cornwall; this means we are not able to offer this service to all locations.
