Our beautifully crafted Teak swing seat will make a great feature in any garden whether you're in the heart of the countryside or thrive off the hustle and bustle of city life. The Teak swing seat features strong timber bracing that attaches the seat to the frame to create a solid structure that can withstand daily usage for many years and will not break or become brittle over time it remains as sturdy as the day you bought it! Manufactured from teak which is sustainably sourced from government-controlled plantations in Indonesia, making this swing seat extremely robust and strong the canopy has also been crafted using traditional joinery methods and the overall appearance of the swing seat has a fine hand-sanded finish. If you would like to maintain the furniture’s cosmetic appearance our teak sealer can be applied, which is perfect for brightening up your garden furniture and keeps it looking fresh. Our teak furniture arrives pre-treated but will weather to a charming silvery/grey colour which some people prefer, once the original finish has deteriorated and the teak has weathered, the teak sealer can then be applied. The anchor kits act as theft deterrents and stabilises the bench making them perfect for public areas. Please see the drop-down menu on the right of this page to select anchor kits for this bench. “Hard Ground” anchor kits include: Fully galvanised fixings suitable for securing a garden bench to paving slabs or concrete. Supplied with 4 holding brackets, 4 screws to screw the 4 brackets to the bench legs and 4 anchor bolts to secure the holding brackets to the cement/slab. “Soft Ground” anchor kits include: The Spiral style anchor kit is designed to be screwed into grass or can also be sunk into concrete for extra strong holding. The kit consists of galvanised spiral (metal bar may be required to drive into ground), 1m of 6 x 12 heavy galvanised chain, open link to join the chain - hammer required to close link (please note that if you wish you can join the chain with your own padlock).
