Delivery & Returns

We aim to get every order to you as quick as humanly possible.

Most orders over £500 qualify for Free Delivery**.

Where transport costs are higher charges can occur to cover costs, we always keep this to a minimum.

We use a range of courier services to deliver your items as quickly as possible. The size of the item determines the courier used. We have a few different categories which outline how your order will be delivered to you:

- Small items are delivered with our parcel courier and generally take 24-48 hours. You will receive delivery information directly from the courier.

- Large items are delivered by pallet and take around 2-5 working days depending on the delivery location. The courier will book the delivery directly with you.

- Very large or heavy items may be delivered either on a pallet or with our own transport. Dispatch and Delivery times can vary in this category.

Delivery is calculated at the Checkout. Navigate to the Checkout and input the delivery Postcode for an accurate delivery charge.

**The following postcodes are exempt from Free delivery due to locational surcharges applied by courier services but will still benefit from a subsidised rate on orders over £500.

PLEASE NOTE: Where items are delivered by pallet, the couriers are only under obligation to deliver it to the outside of your premises and it is your responsibility to transport the goods internally within your property. If you require a Two-man service to bring your goods inside your home please ask regarding this service at the point of order.

Care Guide

Natural Kubu Wicker Indoor & Outdoor Care Guide

Our Natural Kubu Wicker Furniture are suitable for both Indoor and Outdoor use. To keep them looking their best and lasting for the long haul, please follow the care recommendations below.

Treatment:

If you would like to protect your Kubu Wicker furniture against spillages, grease, dirt and water damage we recommend using Golden Care Shield to treat your furniture both indoors and outdoors.

Cleaning:

Clean regularly with a soft brush or sponge and our Golden Care Cleaner to remove dirt, algae and grease to prevent staining.

Protection:

For both Indoor & Outdoor use an initial application of the Golden Care Shield will add a protective layer.

If you find the Shield is not adhering to the surface on the initial application, it’s likely the finishing wax has not worn away, we recommend either;

- Using the Golden Care Cleaner to help remove any natural oils or coating that is preventing the adhesion.

- Leaving the wicker to weather for a week or so before attempting to apply the shield.

We then recommend cleaning regularly using the cleaner, which will protect against staining between applications.
