Cancellation & Returns Policy
If, for any reason, you need to cancel or return your order with Sustainable Furniture (UK) Ltd, please contact us as soon as possible.
Products must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that they were received. If you have any concerns about the condition of your items, please get in touch with us first to discuss this.
Return authorisation, whether it be through faulty/damaged goods or change of mind (not through transport breakage), has to be obtained within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after the 14-day period unless faulty.
Half of the box or partial products cannot be returned. If one item is damaged in the box, the entire box needs to be returned. If any of the goods have been used or are not available for collection, in certain circumstances, Sustainable-furniture (UK) Ltd will not be able to replace them.
If you are returning for a refund once the collection has been arranged, and your items have been processed at our warehouse, your refund will clear in your account within 7-10 working days of the collection date.
