We aim to get every order to you as quick as humanly possible.

Most orders over £500 qualify for Free Delivery**.

Where transport costs are higher charges can occur to cover costs, we always keep this to a minimum.

We use a range of courier services to deliver your items as quickly as possible. The size of the item determines the courier used. We have a few different categories which outline how your order will be delivered to you:

- Small items are delivered with our parcel courier and generally take 24-48 hours. You will receive delivery information directly from the courier.

- Large items are delivered by pallet and take around 2-5 working days depending on the delivery location. The courier will book the delivery directly with you.

- Very large or heavy items may be delivered either on a pallet or with our own transport. Dispatch and Delivery times can vary in this category.

Delivery is calculated at the Checkout. Navigate to the Checkout and input the delivery Postcode for an accurate delivery charge.

**The following postcodes are exempt from Free delivery due to locational surcharges applied by courier services but will still benefit from a subsidised rate on orders over £500.

Industrial Reclaimed Teak Indoor Care Guide

The products are crafted from reclaimed timbers sourced from old colonial buildings, ships and other unused structures and Powder Coated Steel. Reclaimed wood is a great choice for your furniture as it has already had time to season and has hardened over 25 years plus, this also means that has a very minimal risk of timber movement in comparison to newer timber.

Treatment:

Some of our Reclaimed Timber products are natural and unfinished, whilst some are treated with a light wax finish. If you would like to protect your furniture against spillages, grease, dirt and grime we recommend using our Golden Care Shield to treat your furniture.

Cleaning:

Clean regularly with a soft brush or sponge and mild soap or our Golden Care Cleaner to remove dirt and prevent staining.

Protection:

An initial application of our Golden Care Shield will add a protective layer.

We then recommend cleaning regularly, which will protect against staining between applications of our Golden Care Shield.

Maintenance:

Apply Our Golden Care Shield to maintain the protective barrier.

Additional Tips:

Reclaimed teak is environmentally friendly and durable, but regular maintenance helps keep it looking its best.
Expect natural variations in colour, grain, and texture due to its reclaimed nature, adding to its charm.
